OP010: Opuntia macrocentra 'Oklahoma Pancake'

OP010: Opuntia macrocentra ‘Oklahoma Pancake’ (Pancake Cactus)  The thin pads are quite spherical and up to 8” across.  Single yellow flowers in June followed by juicy lavender fruit.  15” high by 36” wide.  Zone 5/6.  Collected by Al Frost in Oklahoma.  You can make jam and jelly or even wine from the fruit.
